Company Profile

Incorporated in 1991 as a Contract Draughting Company. Growth has seen the company ever more responsible for design & development.

Our ambition to provide a one-stop shop for design through to manufacture was realized in 1999, when the company established a small machine-shop for the manufacture of one-offs and prototypes.

Demand for our design and build solutions has lead to the acquisition of the latest CAD software, CNC machine tools and a move to larger premises, where we are able to manufacture and prove products, before dispatch.

We strive to provide the best solution for a specific need and environment; as testament to our efforts customers upon whom the company was founded continue their patronage to this day.

Mechanical Engineering Design

Mechanical engineering analysis, manipulated with MathCAD, evaluates and

composites. All parts subject to Quality Assurance, material traceability back to source with SPC or 100% inspection as dictated.

Contract Draughting

We have undertaken contracts from simple 2D part drawings through to 3D and solid models for die sinking, from single drawings to drawing catalogues, Data Based, with links and cross references to a material management system.

All drawings conform to BS 308 as a minimum and are subject to specific Procedures for Document Control within our own Quality Control System.
